Absence notes

Need to submit an absence note/excuse for your student?

All absence notes must be received within three days of your student's return via one of these three options:

• Personally deliver the excuse and/or doctor's note to the Front Office
• Fax it to (770) 460-0362
• Upload via this form online

We will no longer accept any excuses/doctor's notes emailed to any staff member, including your student's teacher(s) or office staff.
