Rank One online site for athletic physicals

All Fayette County schools now use Rank One for managing physicals and all required parental permission forms. If your student does not already have a Rank One profile, please complete the Athletic Interest Survey in Infinite Campus first (directions can be found here). Your student's profile will be uploaded to Rank One within 24 hours.
